Greenwich & Trinity Buoy Wharf Wedding Photography – Greenwich is one of my favourite places – it still feels like my home although i moved away over 2 years ago. I met Grace’s patents walking my dog in Greenwich Park, Susan & Jimmy have 5 dogs and Jimmy used to be a photographer for The Daily Telegraph so we had lots in common and used to have walks & chats in the park…before Grace was engaged I photographed the wedding of her good friends Bella & Sean in Blackheath. Grace managed to catch Bella’s bouquet and now I’m blogging her wedding ! 🙂
This beautiful Greenwich wedding started with the bride getting ready at her parents home and the Groom getting ready at his home, Matthew went to cover the grooms preparations and I covered the bridal prep.
Grace and her bridesmaids had their hair done by Bradley Cahill the bridesmaids wore beautiful pastel floor length dresses from The bridal flowers were large and stunning mixture of flowers and herbs by Larkspur and Lavender . The bride dress was from Truly Gorgeous, Chichester and looked so perfect on her teamed with her bridal shoes from
The wedding ceremony was at the most wonderful church St Alfege in the centre of Greenwich, Grace arrived with her mum to be greeted by her dad outside as the groom waited excitedly inside, looking dapper in his black tie from Hugo Boss . The wedding ceremony was a lovely traditional ceremony.
After the wedding ceremony we took some family photos outside of the church then all the guests walked down the the river to to get boat down to Trinity Buoy Wharf for the reception.
Wedding Photography at Trinity Buoy Wharf is a dream. The sun was shining and sailing down the themes past the Royal naval college in Greenwich, the coulee had hired a boat from Capital Pleasure boats to take all the guests to Trinity Buoy Wharf so people could also enjoy a few drinks in the sunshine while sailing down the river…does it get much better that that… well actually it does… Trinity Buoy Wharf had views over the river and of the Greenwich 02 and a wonderful event space that was decorated with flowers and lanterns to look just right for the wedding breakfast. The delicious catering was provided by Tasting plates .
After dinner the bride & groom ventured up into the lighthouse ( yes Londons only lighthouse !) for some sunset portraits… well i don’t need to tell you how stunning it was … take a look at the photos … Enjoy this lovely Greenwich & Trinity Buoy Wharf Wedding Photography xx
