Sprivers Mansion wedding photographer
Nick and Laura’s Sprivers Mansion wedding was at Brenchley Church in Kent. It was lovely to be among hills and the gorgeous architecture that is quintessentially Kent. The ceremony was lovely, a great vicar with a sense of humour and an ease about him that made it feel relaxed.
Laura and Nick had fallen in love with Sprivers Mansion at first sight. It’s a beautiful venue in that Georgian style reminiscent of dolls’ houses (or is it that dolls’ houses are reminiscent of Georgian houses)?
Laura chose a Pronovias wedding dress, with the most beautiful veil which had begun life as a cape – she had it altered by her seamstress. And how beautiful does she look! I was more than a little nervous when her mum took the scissors to it to remove the tags!
It’s so interesting what you pick up from wedding speeches. Laura and Nick met on one of those apps, you know the ones…the best man mentioned that everyone was there together purely because Laura had accidentally swiped right one night. The rest is history!
You may be wondering what this Norfolk gal is doing shooting a wedding in Kent? Well, I shoot weddings all over the UK (and beyond! I’m a destination wedding photographer too!) and it just so happens that I photographed the weddings of both Laura’s step sisters many years ago back here in Norfolk. I love it when there are familiar faces at weddings, and I do of course feel so happy that so many of my clients feel me worthy of recommendation – over 90% at last count! Thank you! You know who you are! Keep them coming!
There are of course many more photographs from this wedding. They’re for the eyes of the bride and groom and the friends and family they share them with. I shall leave you here with these for now, while I work on finishing the rest.
I hope you’re having a wonderful honeymoon, Mr & Mrs Miles! Congratulations on your gorgeous wedding day!
